The Institute Pantaneiro hold the Advanced Course in Photographic Studies trapping Wildlife between 22 and 26 August in the PRNP Engineer Eliezer Batista, Sierra Amolar, Pantanal, Corumbá - MS.

The use of camera traps in studies developed in Brazil is recent. The camera traps are efficient tools to detect the presence of species, as well as to the richness and abundance of fauna in a given area. Through this methodology it is possible to obtain important information about animals difficult to observe.

The course will be taught by prof. Pedro Sarmento PhD, Department of Biology, University of Aveiro - Portugal. Those interested should send an email with your name, company that works / is the address and a contact phone number, as space is limited.

The investment is R$ 500 and includes all meals, lodging, and transportation certificate for the Corumbá RPPN Mr. Eliezer Batista. For further information: or viviane@institutohomempantaneiro.org.br stephanie@institutohomempantaneiro.org.br or (67) 3232-9981
